Cherry Drive Elementary School

Originally I am from San Diego. I grew up in the community of Bonita and enjoyed going to the beach on a regular basis. I graduated from California State Long Beach and eventually moved to Boulder. My family and I enjoy skiing and camping, as well.

I have been teaching at Cherry Drive for the past 10 years. I have taught all primary grade levels k - 3. This is my third year in third grade. It has been lots of fun!

This is my 12th year teaching at Cherry Drive. I've spent the majority of my time teaching 3rd grade.

Family: My family and I live here in the community. My wife, Tanya works for Wells Fargo Bank. Jared, my stepson is a junior at Mountain Range High School, and my son Talon is a 5th grader here at Cherry Drive. I'll miss all of his help (in the classroom), as he moves on to Shadow Ridge next year.

Hobbies and Activities: I love to read, and that is the way that I relax. My whole family enjoys motorsports. We spend a lot of time snowmobiling in the winter time. The rest of the year we keep busy with our motorcycles. Exercise is important to me and I spend a lot of time lifting weights and riding my mountain bike.
