I am originally from Carson City, Nevada. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1996. My amazing husband Chris and I moved to Colorado in 1999 right after we got married. We have two beautiful and sweet girls Kendall and Kylie. We love animals and have lots of fish, a turtle named Rondo and a wonderful dog, Pedro. My last name may sound a little weird, that's because it is Basque. We were lucky to find a Basque Club right here in Colorado.

I have been very fortunate to teach at Cherry Drive for 10 years. I have taught every grade except Kindergarten! I love teaching 2nd grade and working with all the wonderful staff, families and students.  In 2005 I received my Master's Degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University with two other fabulous teachers from Cherry Drive.
